PROJECTS
Here we describe several projects we currently work on. The results of some of them will hopefully become standard products. Others are interesting because of complexity or application.

Broadband Communication System User Terminal
Q3'2018
Broadband Communication System User Terminal (BCS-UT) will be installed on the ISS SM "Zvezda" and provide near permanent connection of the ISS to the ground control through the GEO relay satellites "Luch".
SAIT provides Multiplexor/Demultiplexor/Modem unit (MDM). MDM features
Modem and ECC (100 Mbps outbound, 6-8 Mbps inbound, DVB-S2)
Ample processing power
1 Tbyte internal storage
PAL and digital HD video in and out
MIL-STD-1553
voice interface

Transmitter for the Moon spacecraft
2019-2023
SAIT will provide X-band transmitters for the Moon landers Luna-25 (Luna-Glob) and Luna-27, and for the Moon orbiter Luna-26.
All transmitters will use innovative LDPC FEC. The orbiter transmitter will use 8PSK modulation for better utilization of the scarce X-band frequency allocation.

PAST PROJECTS
Check out some of our impressive projects.
DTRES
Jan, 2011
X-band downlink transmitter and memory subsystem for the ISS. Almost all scientific information from the ISS Russian segment is transmitted by this system.
DTRES-derived Data Handling Unit (DHU) is used by Urthecast with ISS Iris/Theia system.
AIST-2D
April 28, 2016
SAIT provided X-band downlink subsystem and flash memory modules for the experimental remote sensing satellite AIST-2D, the first satellite launched from the Vostochny spaceport
